That is f*cked up. Glad she was arrested and hope the kids are with people who will take care of them. You know, people need a licence to drive, to ride, to boat, to wed, to fish, to hunt, to carry a gun (legally), to opaerate hravy equipment, to operate a forklift even - but any backwards, disfunctional redneck asshole (no matter where they live) can be a parent at any age. The government tries to control everything else, why not who qualifies to be a parent?
