I think the title says it all. She was a professor at the University for 25 years and when push came to shove she fell over, then died. Oh, let me clarify, this is a Catholic (private) university, supposedly with morals and ethic prescribed by the Church.

The university is asking for a religious exemption from having to bargain with a union representing these folks. How Christian of them!
