I've never heard of Bass Reeves before and now I wish I would have. Sure, I've heard of the all black towns that erupted in the west after the Civil War, but never have I heard of this man.

He sounds amazing!

I need to read more on his history.

It was very very used. I actually commented to my friend that I thought the movie might just be an excuse to use the word.
