I'm not condoning this, but maybe the only way to truly fight ridiculous stances is by coming up with your own ridiculous stances. Which is ridiculous in-and-of-itself, yet... Perhaps it's meant to prove a ridiculous point.

I would like to believe you, trench coat, but I've never really seen the Right do anything to prove a "ridiculous point." Usually when you think it's too stupid to be real, they're dead serious.
