Yay! Let's just hope it sticks and the SCotUS doesn't decide the Patriot Act is Constitutional. I can totally see 5 Justices trying to reason how during a time of war the Constitution must be put aside. Argh!

It's amazing that anyone would pretend it could possibly be constitutional. The 4th and 5th aren't exactly untested or new law.

I'm with you both. How did that "Patriot Act" ever even sort of look constitutional to anyone? The name has always made me growl. The whole thing was a crock.
