I had PetSmart groom Rufus once. It was while we were in Florida and I just wanted his longer fur trimmed up so it wouldn't catch so many weeds. I was not happy. It looked like the groomer butchered him: clipper marks going up to his skin and even scratching him in some places.

Never again.
