Seriously? At least 15 characters but not more than 16? I can't use the same characters (to include numbers and symbols, apparently) twice; it must contain an array of weird symbols, cannot contain any part of my name, email address or a common word from the dictionary and at least two of the alphanumeric characters must be capitalized?

I can't even ...

Random characters and special characters aren't actually very good at ensuring password security anyway. A longer password is better just because it has less chance of being brute forced.

And most people who are forced to include a spechar, use the '!' anyways...
