A lot of people cared, he just decided he didn't need to do it... There's a growing list of things that D has decided not to do regardless of tradition, convention, opinion and even law...

But no one's still clamoring for him to release the kraken his returns. Even the article, if you read it, states reporters dont really bring it up any more.

I'd have taken that bet if I were in the Donald's position too. It was a bit of a no brainer. People will care that he didn't release his tax returns, but since it doesn't really hurt them directly, they won't care enough to keep with it after a few weeks.
