To be honest, before this movie started being marketed I'd never heard of Valerian or Laurel in. Which, according to this article, makes sense as it wasn't widely distributed outside of France.

What's somewhat bothering me is, now that I know Laureline is a major character, why isn't she sharing the title with her partner, Valerian?
