I firmly believe in terms limits. Do you? Many many moons ago I heard some had proposed as 12 year limit on congressional seats. That means six elections for House members and two for Senators. This seemed fair to me. It's long enough to allow time for policy effects and short enough to allow change over without entrenching career politicians.
