Do you ever drink and drive? Coffee, I mean, not alcohol. Turns out, an overzealous police department, when it couldn't find any other charges to bring, decided to charge a driver with being on drugs caffeine.

Do I? I've installed a blower for my own safety. If my blood caffeine level isn't high enough the car won't start. Nobody wants a groggy driver on the road with them! I'm doing it for the children!
