There was just a big article in one of the Swiss newspapers yesterday, that it is dangerous not paying attention to Cruz here (the medias write mostly about the Trump clown) , as he might be even more dangerous then Trump in any way.
Human psychology at its finest The biggest bullies whine the loudest when they dont get what they want. That applies to all politicians evenly across all parties. the good ones dont Whine and dont Bully but Waite for the right time to shine.
Bryce Miller, at the time I typed this and posted it Bernie's results weren't in. I thought about changing it to match updates info, but I'm a big advocate for letting my statements stand, even when I'm wrong.
Jason ON I see. So your intent was to say Cruz was a bad choice over Trump? The Bernie/Hillary choice is a separate primary and selected independent of the Cruz/Trump choice being made in separate buildings, so even if only two people in the entire state went Republican, they'd select Cruz or Trump while the rest of the state made the other pick.
Bryce Miller, sort of. I'm saying that at the time I typed that out last night only the GOP primary had been called so my comment was based on that and that alone. I could have updated this post when the Democratic results were known, but I believe in letting my statements stand, even when I'm wrong or misinformed. People who selectively edit content to make themselves look good, or appear smarter than they are, are people who are lying to themselves. If I'm wrong, I'm wrong and I'm more than happy to show my wrongness.
Lorne Thomas, you know perfectly well Trump isn't my guy. But, if you have to give consideration between Trump and Cruz, maybe you're not as liberal as you think you are.
I don't make a lot of personal posts so please bear with me. #Rufus hasn't been doing well for the past week or so. I mean, he's 13 (at least), and has slowed down due to age, but the past week or two he's been acting like every movement is a Herculean effort. A few times in the past couple of weeks his rear legs have given out on him completely to where I've had to pick him up and carry him which is, in itself, telling. Rufus has always hated being carried and struggled continuously when I did so. Yesterday while petting him I noticed two golf-ball sized things up under his chin. Now, they may be benign lipomas as Rufus is covered with them (one one each thigh, one on each shoulder, one on his chest and a few smaller bumps here and there) or they may be indicative of something else. I'm no vet and aside from emergency medic battlefield training I have no medical experience whatsoever, but these new things seem to be where your or mine lymph nodes are located....
Did you know dog meat is served in restaurants in South Korea? I didn't. In the United States and most western countries, Fido is a family companion and while it's not ethical to judge another culture by our standards, anyone who doesn't at least (humanely) butcher the animal first is acting without proper care. South Korea relies on western consumerism for their economy and needs to be aware that we do not accept the practice of skinning and boiling dogs alive. Originally shared by April Benney Over 6,000 restaurants in South Korea are still serving dog meat even though it is now illegal. In many Asian countries dogs are boiled alive or skinned alive when slaughtered. It's an unbelievably horrendous & torturous way to die. I know a lot of you hate seeing this kind of posts on G+, but the Asian industry slaughtering dogs & cats is how I first got involved in animal rights & it will always be my main animal welfare concern. It's intolerable what is happen...
I'm shutting down Google+ for the night and quite possibly for the weekend. Why? This stupid #gifwars thing people are so proud of. This Adam Black guy said he doesn't like gifs and now everyone is mass trolling him. Having been mass trolled like this I can relate to him easily enough. Have an opinion and the collective might of Google+'s lower class denizens jump on a bandwagon. I just saw a post where someone wanted to jump on board and had to get clarification she was tagging the proper Adam Black. She wasn't even connected to him ! Nor was she a part of the original discussion. She just wanted to follow the herd. When I called her out of it she claimed, "one gif doesn't make a troll." Perhaps not, but she's contributing to a larger troll effort. One straw doesn't break the camel's back, but thousands will. So, tonight, Google+ disgusts me. It probably will tomorrow as well. And possibly Sunday. I gave up Google+ for two months this spring...

They said no to Trump and yes to Bernie. Looked like common sense to me.
