yes it is. I learned the ski in Parker Arizona. spent countless summers at Lake Havasu. there have been several Halloweens we tide fake skeletons to lawn chairs and put them under the boat when partying in Copper cove in the early 1980's waiting for some drunk to flip out..... its ll part of being a colorado river rat.
