Sash Walker you want the ping time to be low. On Comcast, it's usually about 10ms for me. My Speakeasy DSL was lower.
The other two numbers you want high. That is the number that they sell you on " up to 100 Mbps " for example. In this case, 1/20th of 1 Mbps (probably a lot lower than advertised).
