The idea of capitalism is that with competition the market will take care of itself. However, when there isn't any real competition then the corporate behemoths can force their own version of 'acceptable practices' which allow companies like Boeing to manhandle local and state governments as well as bullying employees while their CEO is rewarded with a $25m bonus.
