I agree Jason ON. I loved riding Colorado. I think this is only based on how many people ride motorcycles in your state, which could be highly influenced by amount of residents in your state. It should be based on per capita.

I'm surprised Michigan and Minnesota are at 10 and 11, we get 6 months of winter in Michigan and Minnesota is worse
