Funny, we saw Skyfall and had dinner at Chili's, but it was much warmer. I did bring a sweater just in case.

Tim Bond, I thought it was good, not great. The movie really went for delving deeper into the psyche of Bond which was good, but I thought there was too much "Arnold Schwarzenegger-style" over the top action and not enough actually being a spy.

I understand where you're coming from.  I'd actually classify it as being more like the Bourne movies than Ah-nuld flicks, but, yeah, with less spy-stuff and more fighting/killing/exploding.  But, then, I love the Bourne franchise (probably more than I like Bond), so maybe that's why I liked Skyfall so much.
