I definitely recommend a trip through Yosemite by motorcycle.
I was able to ride through in August 2010 on the way to see my dad in Southern California and it was very nice. I only stopped to take a few (5) pictures, but did capture much of it in HD 720p video. I really should upload it to YouTube like I did of the ride to & through Death Valley with my wife Kimberly A Edwards.
