Two things:

Two things:

1) the "instant upload" on my Android isn't working with videos I've taken. Actually there is no way I can tell to load videos to Picasa with the (most) current version of G+ app.

2) I can not scroll in the notifications window. This is excessively annoying while trying to respond to someone and I can't scroll down to the comment box.

Try refreshing. Earlier today I couldn't scroll in the notifications window either, but as of a few hours ago it was back to its regular scrollsome self.

Of course, right after I post this I get scrolling in my notifications window.

And now my scrolling is gone again.
Been having problems with scrolling all day here.
Also - as for video - I have always had problems with video - from my experiments it would appear that if instant upload attempts to upload a video larger than around 80mb it gets stuck at 99% and nothing else will upload until the video is deleted (but a number of times I have had to uninstall the app as it gets upset that it is trying to upload a file that no longer exists and just stops uploading anything)
As for how to tell it to upload:
Open App
Press Menu
Settings
Instant Upload Settings

Check in there :)

My pictures upload just fine, it's the videos that don't.
Yup - I've had that before too......
I have yet to figure out if it is a Google issue or a phone issue - last time they just randomly decided to start uploading about 2 days later.
Additionally I keep getting notifications on Android but whenever I Click them they all claim to be read despite the banner saying 6 notifications :/

That happens to me occasionally, too, Andrew Jones-McGuire.
Its been doing it pretty much for the last 16 hours here

I literally just had a picture I took last week show up in notifications that I had an instant upload ready.
Yeah I suspect something on Google's end is buggered Natalie Villalobos
Hey Jason ON - will you submit both of these issues using the Send Feedback button in the lower right?

I can, Natalie Villalobos and have in the past, just not this time. So far, it seems to be working fine today.
