How come Facebook doesn't have the option to report this as "I don't know this person?"

How come Facebook doesn't have the option to report this as "I don't know this person?"

For a place based on "friends" it seems to me this would be something important to have for trolls and spammers and lonely people who just try and befriend everyone they can find.

I get "So and so has shared his google reader feed with you! Why don't you start using google reader?" emails, and there's no way to make them just go away or say "So and so is a spammer, knock off"
