Hey Folks,

We're investigating some reports of issues with Hangouts and I could use your help. Has anyone experienced issues they don't normally hit with Hangouts starting around 10PM PST last night? Examples would be Hangouts not starting or poor audio or video quality.

In other words: are you having more trouble with Hangouts today than yesterday?
