It's an open secret in American police forces: the quota. Each and every force has an official policy against quotas, but each and every force also had under the table rules passed down verbally for "how things get done." Here, if we are to believe the recording, not only is a cop being told he's not hitting his quota, but who to target, as well.

There you go posting propaganda for Correct the record again. These are just allegations from a disgruntled and underperforming civil servant who works as a Transit Cop. The audio file has not been authenticated. This hasn't even gotten to trial yet and you and the authors are presuming guilt. How very un-American of you.
