Google keeps unbundling their apps: Photos from G+, Hangouts from G+, etc; but they keep shoving features into Maps - the, in my opinion, most convoluted service they have. And not just on mobile, on desktop as well.

I swear, the more Google Maps​ adds to Maps, the less I use it.
