Pushing on 50 years ago now the professor of a 2nd year Combinatorics and Optimization course I was enrolled in at the beginning of the semester (possibly the 1st lecture) proclaimed he could tie his ankles together and pull his pants down and back on inside out.
He proceeded to stand on the desk and do it - exposing heart covered boxers in the process. His class was full for the rest of the term.
So, Minnesota would rather people not be able to advance themselves without the officiating organization paying a fee, first? Do libraries have to pay a fee to lend books? Do documentaries put together by universities have to pay a fee first?
