That seems awfully risky for Putin. Motorcycles offer no protections whatsoever from assassins' bullets, vehicles or even a slick (oily) road.

Alternatively, not sure you want a leader of a nation who wants to be a 1%er. It's not like the 1% have a reputation of being good guys that want to be upstanding citizens and not be bullies (that's for the other 99% bikers... the whole reason for the 1% tag was the 99%ers trying to say that that stereotype of bikers being unruly assholes was only for a select few).

Anyways, let Putin be risky. It's not like he's being a good leader anyways.
