Comcast was not too bad here in Commerce City. Came within the 2 hour window and had us up and running.

To be fair, our DSL is powered by CenturyLink, not Comcast, but having had comcast in the past, yeah, as a company they suck.

Jason ON Man, what they call Signature Support is a joke. They hang up on you if you run Win 2K or Linux. Never was able to get my switch to work, they deny more than one IP address. Had to go wireless and I hate WiFi.

And that's Comcast's problem. I rarely ever had service issues (but when I did, they weren't very good at fixing it, once even telling me my computer was on the wrong side of the room even though it was connected to a LAN cable) but their customer service and stipulations are terrible.
