We really need a better balance between State, Local, and Federal government.

I'll agree to that, Marty Nozz . Except, it's laid out pretty clearly in the Constitution what roles the national government and the states retain.

Yes, and it seems like the Federal Government has encroached more and more on the rights of States since things were set up.  I think we need to get back to that.
