I know a few people who are just a little too homophobic especially when accused of homophobia. Oddly, none of them are in male/female relationships and rarely are.

Hm, I wonder if I should add a section on gayhomophobe.com for research on it…

Interesting to see this study add to the evidence we all see day to day. Having lived in the bible belt for many years, I met many conflicted folks; I feel fairly certain that most homophobes are indeed gay or at least have bisexual desires that freak them out (and, yes, I do believe people can be truly bisexual - but that's another discussion).

Tim Bond FWIW, I'm bi. But as I say at the bottom of gayhomophobe.com: "Yes, most of them are probably bi, not gay, but "biorgaypeoplewhosupportrevocationofgayrights.com" isn't quite as quippy. ;-)"
