TMobile, you just annoyed the crap out of me. Not only are you forcing me to change my password on your web interface to a format I don't really care to use, but you wanted to charge me $5 to take my monthly payment over the phone. Really?

I always pay my T-Mobile bill on their website via ACH transfer.
I also use LastPass.com to save my passwords.
(and Xmarks.com to sync my bookmarks across all devices).
