Whoever Trump decides to put forward won't be a good fit for the job in some significant way and shouldn't be confirmed. Trump should get no more confirmations out of this Congress.

Depending on the particulars of how he leaves office, there should be concerns about all legislation, executive orders, appointments, and enacted policy.
