How so? They're asking for photos of democracy, human rights and / or governance. I believe #DonaldTrump meets all those criteria.

What is a photo of democracy or Human rights (That is realy difficult to do).
A photo is too short of a time period and can be misconstrued as I first mis-understood your post.
