So he is actually supporting Hilary. But he was able to get away with it because the Trump campaign is not even trying to raise money from these folks.

Jason ON by taking the money and keeping it out of Trumps campaign he is in effect boosting the spending difference. Allowing Hilary to spend more and Trump spend less.
