I've never been on any of these roads. At least not on a motorcycle. Which I guess is okay seeing has how most of these look like they'd be boring on a sporbike.

But, maybe you guys will find something to ride.

I've ridden them all.  Some are better than others.  Tail of the Dragon and Shenandoah are both fantastic for sportbikes (as long as the constabulary is back at the donut shop).   I'd skip Texas all together.  Not my cup of tea.

Richard Pannemann I'd like to think that the Big Bend area is nice at certain times of year - like other places (example: Death Valley in February is fantastic - June or July?  Eh, no so much!)  I've known a few that have done late winter/early spring rides in Texas; suspect it's much like riding here in the Sonora Desert.
