What the hell is wrong with people? They made a 3 year old live in a small enclosure behind the house and then stuffed him in a box (and abandoned him) when he died?

Heartbreaking.   Poor little boy.  How long was it, I wonder, between time of death & finding skeletal remains?  That seems like a long time for anyone to NOT NOTICE that one of the children were missing.  Horrible parents & humans.
