I don't believe all other manufacturers compare themselves to Apple. At least, not any more.

That being said, he's right, and not only about Apple, but Android as well. We're all 'wall huggers' and outlet hoverers.
I've said it before and I'll say it again, Blackberry makes a solid product. Unfortunately they didn't take the iPhone's app ecosystem seriously enough.

If I stream with no wifi I usually get a lil over a day before i hit 10% and charge.
Wifi and BT eat the phone up battery wise.
Then again Wifi at my work is horrible so it connects and disconnects throughout the day by itself.
It happens in every market.
I've been through apple droid and blackberry phones owning at least 1 of each.
And the only market that BlackBerry is lacking is official apps.
Strictly from a user standpoint.
I'm not a developer or anything of the sort.
And if you don't really care about apps why bother with the ever so expensive iphone?
Just for looks alone and street credibility and to fit in with the "in crowd".
What regular people don't know is the many strengths blackberry has.
I could list some but I wont.
In the end, nowadays all smartphones are alike. The os are very similar from a user standpoint.
It's just slight variations between them to give them their own feel.
