None Of Your Business they're not donating as Locke. They're donating in honor of Locke. Anyways, if they were donating as Locke then he'd most likely be able to write it all off on his tax returns ;-)

Lorne Thomas the person who puts out the cash gets the tax deduction. When you donate in honor of someone they just get recognition as being the reason why the other person donated. They don't get the tax benefits.
