Sorry, but I don't buy the taking a photo excuse. That's an incredibly uncomfortable and unstable position for a shot. It increases blood pressure in your legs and makes the shot unstable as you can feel your heart beat between your legs and requires constant muscle strain to keep stable. Both induce shake in the shot. The former due to the beats and the latter due to muscle fatigue.

Gerardo Tasistro except their is a picture of her taking a picture with her phone. She's not the smartest one, plenty of other ways to take a decent shot and she choose the worst one.

David Simmons, yes I guess we can just write it off as alt-photography. Now that I think about it, and within the context of the current alternative facts administration, the fact that she chose the worst way possible does in fact support the excuse that she sat that way to take a photo.
