If you are there [in prison] against your will [who isn't?] you just have to deal with the physical abuse and rape according to the Michigan court. I would call that cruel and unusual.

Almost no one wants to be there. Doesn't mean they shouldn't be there. If they are gonna do the crime they are going to have face the repercussions. Its not supposed to be a holiday camp where they get what they like.

We put people in prison, with the idea that they will get out some day. We put people in prison to separate them from the rule followers. And yes they put people in prison to punish them
This is not a playground for more illegal, unethical, or morally corrupt behavior. Not some place for you or I to fantasize about the cruel punishments they endure.

Your comment disgusts me. But not as much as the lack of thought that led you to it.
