Lucius Nite, I agree. The system has a lot to do with how this works, but the leadership at WalMart could buck the system and do the right thing instead of playing to the lowest common denominator.

Look at Costco, Chipotle, Starbucks and others. All companies that could pay less, could offer less and could run their businesses like the Walton family, but they don't. These sorts of companies are the kind that capitalism is supposed to support, not the leeches that are the vast majority of companies out there.
