If you read your wife's email, is that the same as identity theft or fraud?
"'A person shall not intentionally and without authorization or by exceeding valid authorization do any of the following:
'Access or cause access to be made to a computer program, computer, computer system or computer network to acquire, alter, damage delete or destroy property or otherwise use the service of a computer program, computer, computer system or computer network.'"
I'm trying to figure out how this guy falls under any of this. And where does the lie between private and marriage assets come into play. You can share bank accounts and legal rights but you can't read each other's email?
What says you?
