I woke up this morning to the internet not working. Not just the wifi, but a CAT5 connection wasn't working, either. Just another reason why I disagree with this whole "move to the cloud" movement we've been in for a couple of years now. So, I tried writing in Libre Office, I had problems sitting still long enough to complete a thought. Having only a handful of hours sleep will do that to you. So, I decided to open up some old unprocessed RAW images and convert them to JPGs since I still have actual software natively installed on my computer. Then I chose an image and ran it through NIK Software Silver Efex Pro. While the image turned out fantastic, when I went to save it, Nik overwrote the original JPG. That sucked.
