I'm a member of one of the local Chambers of Commerce's Meetup Page . Usually, they just post about networking events, grand openings, grand re-openings, and other after hours social gatherings with a business twist. Having attended a number of events with the South Metro Chamber , I knew the chamber's president was a devout Republican and after hearing him speak on a number of occasions, I also came to conclude he was a devout Christian as well. I know there's no rule against mixing religion with business, but I couldn't believe the gall to actually promote a Biblical Business event, or how to run your business within Biblical principles.
