#Batman isn't my superhero. Like #Superman he's way too powerful to be taken seriously. Unlike Superman, his power doesn't come from physical strength but rather an impossible set of ideals for any mortal to meet. That being said, Batman has always been a test of philosophy as well: which came first, the chicken or the egg? Do Batman's villains exist because of Batman's existence or does Batman exist because of those villains? Do you have a favorite #Batman animated film? I haven't seen all the movies on this list, but I have seen some of them. I wasn't overly thrilled with Return of the Joker or Under the Red Hood . Most recently I watched Bad Blood which wasn't too bad, but mainly because Batman was barely in it. I have to admit, and I know people will hate me for it, but Batman just hasn't been than interesting of character for me. What's so fascinating about a man who doesn't have to worry about money, is so smart he has a thousand degrees and yet found the time to be an expert at, well, everything. Sorry, no. People spend entire lifetimes becoming experts. They spend decades on multiple degrees. They spend every waking hour running their multi-billion dollar businesses, networking and schmoozing with industry leaders, politicians and more. He apparently has no character defects at all, except for being Batman. Batman's just unbelievable, even in a world where Superman, Won...

Batman  may not have been the first comic book movie (there was a plethora of terrible made-for-TV movies in the 70s and 80s) with Richard Donner's Superman  preceding it by nearly a decade but it was the first really good Batman movie ever produced. Here's a short (30min) documentary of the making of Batman. It's fun to watch if you have the time.
